ＩＡＥＡは勝手な「評価」をしないで
IAEA must not do selfish "evaluation"
福島原発事故により、地球上の大地も川も海も空も食物も放射性物質で汚染され、福島では多くの人々が生活と仕事とふるさとを奪われ今なお高線量の中で生活しいつしか白血病やがんを罹患するのではとおびえて生活しています。かつその被害は福島に限りません。
By the Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster, the ground on the earth, a river, the sea, sky, and food are polluted with a radioactive material, and it is frightened as if a life, work, and a home country are taken, and many people still live in a high dose and fall ill leukemia and cancer unawares, and is living in Fukushima. And the damage is not restricted to Fukushima.
このような大事故はなぜ起こったのでしょうか？ 私たちは、福島原発事故の原因究明に関心を持ち、原子力安全・保安院の審議会や報道発表に注目してきましたが、原子力安全・保安院の施策には納得できないことばかりです。また、ＩＡＥＡの役割にも私たちは疑問を持っています。
以下に要請します。
Why did such a big accident happen?
Although we got interested in cause investigation of the Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster and have observed the council and press release of Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, we are that it cannot only be convinced to a measure of Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency.
Moreover, we have a question also in the role of IAEA.
It requests from below.
１ 日本政府の原発再稼働に手を貸さないで
１ IAEA must not lend a hand to nuclear power plant re-operation of the Japanese government
3.11福島原発事故が発生して以来、日本政府の対応は日本に住む人々のみならず世界の人々に怒りと落胆を与えるものでした。例えば、文科省のＳＰＥＥＤＩの結果を被災地の人々に知らせずに米軍にいち早く知らせたこと、「直ちに健康に影響はありません」と発表して放射能汚染の危険を知らせなかったこと、年間２０ｍＳｖなる被曝労働者にも許容されない基準を現地の子どもや妊産婦にまで結果的に適用したこと、自主避難した人びとを含め原発事故被災者に十分な補償をしていないこと、などなどその原因は沢山あります。
Since the 3.11 Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster occurred, correspondence of the Japanese government has given people in not only people that live in Japan but the world anger and disappointment.
For example, the thing about which the U.S. Forces were told promptly without telling people of a stricken area about the result of SPEEDI of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, It announced "It is not healthily influential immediately", and did not tell the danger of radioactive contamination, such as having applied the standard which is not permitted by the contamination workers as for whom annual 20mSv becomes, either as a result even to the child and pregnant women and nursing mothers of the spot, and not having carried out sufficient compensation for a nuclear power plant disaster disaster victim including people who did independence refuge. There is much cause.
一方、福島原発事故の原因究明も未だに進まず、中間発表が政府や東電から出されたのみで、国会の事故調査委員会の検討は昨年12月に開始されたばかりです。にもかかわらず、原発の再稼動に向けた施策が進められ、先の１月18日には利益相反の疑いのある委員を擁護して市民の傍らでの傍聴を許さないでストレステスト評価会議を開催しようとして国内で笑い物になる始末です。さらに、地震・津波、高経年化、技術的知見、ストレステストなどの意見聴取会では究明すべき難題、対処すべき課題が次々に明らかになってきています。また、再稼動を決定するプロセスもあいまいで、そもそも福島原発事故を起こした原子力安全委員会や原子力安全・保安院に再稼動させる資格はありません。

以上の状況を踏まえれば、日本政府の原発再稼動を許してはいけないことは明らかです。
日本政府の原発再稼働に手を貸さないでください。
If based on the above situation, it is clear that nuclear power plant re-operation of the Japanese government must not be allowed.
Please do not lend a hand to nuclear power plant re-operation of the Japanese government.
２ ＩＡＥＡは勝手な「評価」をしないで
２ IAEA must not do selfish "evaluation"
そもそも、ＩＡＥＡは1953年、アメリカ合衆国大統領のアイゼンハワーによる国際連合総会演説「平和のための核」を契機に1957年に創立されたそうですね。役割は、核兵器が現保有国以外に広がらないようにすることと原子力の平和利用をどんどん広げることですね。
First of all, well established in 1957 ignited by the United Nations General Assembly speech "core for peace" according [ IAEA ] to Eisenhower, 1953 and the American President.
Roles are nuclear weapons' appearing and making it not spread in addition to a possession country, and extending the peaceful use of atomic energy rapidly.
「日本のストレステストの評価手法の妥当性を評価する」そうですが、「原子力の平和利用」を広げる組織、すなわち原発を推進する組織に、私たちの命にかかわる「評価」をしてほしくありません。また、今後ますます大規模地震が予想されるのに、地震の心配がない国から「評価」されても信頼できません。勝手な「評価」をしないでいただきたい。
We do not want the organization "which evaluates the validity of the evaluation technique of a stress test of Japan" and which extends "the peaceful use of atomic energy" although that is right, i.e., the organization which promotes a nuclear power plant, to do our life-threatening "evaluation."
Moreover, it is not reliable even if "being evaluated" from the country which does not have worries about an earthquake although a massive earthquake will be expected increasingly from now on.
I would like to obtain without carrying out selfish "evaluation."
